Instructions for Submitting
Abstracts By Regular Mail (snail mail)
abstract on-line instead of regular mail if at all possible. If
not possible, carefully follow these guidelines for regular mail
- The Program
Committee will accept abstracts for consideration for oral and
poster presentations. Abstracts should be received by Thursday
January 7, 2010. Late submissions will be considered on an individual
basis (contact the Program Chairman).
- The abstract
submission format includes necessary information on the opposite
Abstracts should be typed, double-space, on a single sheet (margins
1 inch all around).
- The abstract
must include the title, authors, and the name of the authors
institution. The name of the presenter (who should also be the
first author) should be underlined. Please indicate with an asterisk
presenters who are in training.
- ON THE REVERSE
SIDE OF THE ORIGINAL
please provide the name and full address of the corresponding
Abstracts which do not include this information on the reverse
side may not be accurately processed. Authors may also indicate
whether they feel the abstract would be more appropriately presented
as a poster, if accepted. However, final decisions on acceptability,
and format of presentation, will be made by the Program Committee.
Abstracts submitted to national meetings may be submitted to
NEPS, but should be retyped according to this format.
